10 Day Challenge

Do you want to strengthen your core, but don't know where to start?  This 10 Day Core & More Challenge will help you build the foundation for a strong core and increase joint mobility.  You will also learn how meal plan to fuel your body in a nutritious way throughout this challenge. 

Do it all in the comfort of your own home, or even while traveling -  no equipment needed!

There is no time like the present... we start Monday July 17th.   This challenge will be completed through our Blackstone Fit app and you will be invited into our private Facebook group for extra motivation and accountability!

Except a weak core and stiff joints!  After our 10 Day Core & More Challenge you will feel more mobile and stand taller.  Your core will be stronger and I know you will pick up a few other good habits along the way!
