In my 19+ years of experience in the fitness industry as a certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sports Nutrition Specialist and Behavior Modification Specialist, I've helped 100's of people just like you get started on their road to a fitter and healthier body (and lifestyle) and Get Blackstone Fit! 

I met Dawn 15 years ago at her Seattle studio and she helped me lose 75 lbs over 3 years.  Then I moved, stopped training, entered perimenopause and gained 35 lbs back.  I recently found Dawn again, (online) and I just finished the 12 Week Get Fit Program and I cannot say enough!! I lost 21lbs over the 12 weeks and I feel so strong and amazing!  Dawn was with me every step, cheering me on and holding me accountable.  I am so thrilled I can still work with Dawn again (I'm trying out the online membership now)  and even though we are 2,000 miles away, it feels like she is next door.
